Tweaker Preparation Mapping
July 2013

Created and tested with Traktor 2.6

- To install place the included .tsi file in ~/User/Documents/Native Instruments/Traktor/Settings/
- Launch Traktor and go to Preferences > Controller Manager
- To add this mapping, use the Add button located under the Device menu and navigate to the .tsi file
- To replace other mappings with this one, use the Import button located at the bottom of the window
- If you Add, avoid conflicts with other Tweaker mappings by setting the in- and out- ports of the other mappings to None.

Use this mapping to analyze new tracks, set BPM's, beat grids, cue points, and loops. Loading a track sets the deck target, but you can change it manually using the top left and right pads.

Note: Tick is Traktor's internal metronome. The tick is only heard in the headphones. It's useful to turn it on to make sure your grid matches the track's BPM. If you don't want to wear headphones during preparation, to go Preferences > Output Routing, and set the Output Monitor to 1/2. Turn on headphone cueing for the deck you want to hear and make sure the Cue Mix is set to Cue. Now you can hear the tick through your speakers.
